Order Placement
Submission Deadline: Send order requests before 11:00 AM, including the recipient’s name, address, phone number, COD amount (if applicable), and location (if available).
Pickup Times: Orders are picked up between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM. If the delivery agent does not contact you before 12:00 PM, notify us in this group.
Late Requests: Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be picked up later in the day and delivered the next day.
Note:
You may attach the recipient’s phone number to the shipping bag.
Or for easier tracking, number your orders, label each bag with your brand’s name and order number, and share the corresponding details in the group.

Local Delivery
Delivery Attempts: Our team will attempt delivery three times over consecutive days before returning the shipment.
COD Payments: Delivery fees are deducted from the total COD collected, and the remaining amount is transferred weekly or monthly based on your preference.

International Shipping
Provide the following information with each shipment:
🔸 Receiver’s full name, phone number, and complete address (including city and country).
🔸 Total amount to be collected (COD plus any additional fees).
Example Calculation:
Product Value: 10 BD
COD Service Fee: 1.5 BD
Shipping Fee: 3.5 BD

COD amounts are transferred after delivery in the next invoicing period.
Inform us if the shipment is prepaid.

Invoicing
Invoices are issued weekly or monthly (based on your preference) for delivered orders only.

Compensation for Shipments
Lost shipments are compensated up to $100 or the declared value (whichever is lower), unless insured.
Insurance: 3% of the shipment’s declared value ensures full compensation for the declared amount.

Taxes and Customs
Each country applies its own taxes and customs regulations. Please inform your customers in advance and confirm who will bear these charges (sender or recipient).

Returned Shipments
If a shipment is undeliverable, it will be returned to Bahrain. You will be charged the original shipping fee plus any applicable customs or taxes.
To minimize returns, ensure accurate customer information and monitor tracking links.

We will provide shipment details and tracking numbers as soon as your orders are shipped.

Delivery Time
KSA & UAE: 3–5 days
Other GCC countries: Around 5 days
(Subject to random inspections or additional documentation in some cases.)
Note: Qatar and Oman require a copy of the recipient’s ID for delivery.

Volumetric Weight
Shipping costs may be based on volumetric weight if it exceeds the actual weight.
Volumetric weight is calculated as follows for most of the shipments:
(Length × Height × Width) ÷ 5000 (in cm).

Customs Charges
All countries, including Bahrain, impose taxes on imported shipments. However, the rates and calculation methods vary depending on the shipment's contents, declared value, the laws of each country, and whether the shipment is personal or commercial. Additionally, there are customs clearance fees and administrative charges.
For example:
Saudi Arabia imposes a 15% tax on the declared value of the shipment, along with an administrative fee of SAR 20.
Qatar charges a tax and administrative fee totaling QAR 45 if paid by the recipient. If the sender wishes to cover these fees, the cost will be BHD 5. These rates apply to low-value shipments; high-value shipments are subject to different regulations.
UAE imposes a 5% tax on the declared value of the shipment, along with an administrative fee of BHD 1.1.
Oman imposes a 5% tax on the declared value, in addition to administrative and customs clearance fees amounting to BHD 3.5.
Kuwait has a fixed fee of KWD 3 per shipment if paid by the recipient. If the sender covers the cost, it will be BHD 4.
The topic of customs is generally complex, and calculating customs fees depends on numerous variables, making it difficult to predict charges accurately in advance. It is often preferable for the recipient to pay these charges directly to the relevant authorities or shipping companies, who will handle the clearance process, pay the fees on behalf of the recipient, and collect the charges upon delivery.

Declaring Shipment Value and Compensation
We would like to draw your attention to the importance of declaring the value of your shipments for customs clearance purposes, as well as for compensation in case of lost or damaged shipments (which is a rare occurrence).
Customs duties are calculated based on the declared value of the shipment in accordance with the regulations of each country. Compensation for lost or damaged shipments is also based on the declared value, up to a maximum of $100 USD.
If you wish to receive full compensation for your shipment, you may insure it for 3% of its actual value, provided proof of the shipment's value is submitted.
Please note that we cannot process any shipment unless its value is declared.

Pickup Timings
We have two pickup timings:
Morning Timing: From 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Delivery or shipping will be done on the same day. Please inform us before 11:00 AM.
Evening Timing: From 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Delivery or shipping will be done the next day. Please inform us before 3:00 PM.

Invoicing
Invoices will be issued on a weekly basis only for shipments that have been delivered. This allows us the opportunity to review and verify the invoices before issuing them, ensuring their accuracy and correctness. Invoices will be issued every Saturday or Sunday.
Note:
If you prefer to switch from the weekly invoicing system to a monthly one, please inform us, and invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month.

Payment Link
Issuing the Link:
We require the customer's name and contact number to issue the payment link. Once the shipment is delivered, we will deduct the shipping charges and the payment link fees (and customs duties if you choose to bear them) and transfer the remaining amount to you.
Payment Method:
The customer can pay via credit card or Apple Pay.
Link Fees:
For amounts up to BHD 50, the fee is BHD 2.
For amounts exceeding BHD 50, the fee is 4% of the total amount.
Order Cancellation:
If the order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the individual listed in the payment link, after deducting the link fees and any related bank transfer charges.
Note:
The shipment will only be processed after the customer (recipient) pays the amount mentioned in the link. The transfer of the remaining amount (after deducting fees) to your account will take place once the shipment is delivered to the customer (recipient).
Please also note that the payment link is only issued for new shipments. We regret to inform you that we cannot issue or transfer amounts for previously shipped items. Additionally, the amount mentioned in the link corresponds to the weight provided by the sender. If there is a weight discrepancy after inspecting the shipment, the difference will be added to or deducted from the sender's invoice.

Domestic Delivery
Fees:
Delivery to all areas in Bahrain is BHD 1.5.
Services:
We offer pickup from your location, with up to three delivery attempts over three consecutive days. If the recipient does not receive the order for any reason, the order will be returned to you without any additional fees. We also provide a free cash-on-delivery (COD) service for domestic orders.
Delivery Notifications:
If you would like to receive instant email notifications for each delivered order, please provide us with the email address you would like to use for these notifications.
